An MSRP is the rockyboots.mom original suggested retail price for authorized retailers based on a
number of factors, including but not limited to the cost for manufacturing and component parts, expected demand,
inventory levels, and profit margins. The MSRP may not be the sales price in effect during the past 90 days, the
prevailing market price, or regular retail price. Intermediate markdowns or promotional activities may have
taken place.
By using MSRP as the basis for a strikethrough price, rockyboots.mom does not make any representation
with respect to whether the product was purchased by customers at that price or offered by other retailers at or
above that price.
